Swimming options in Figueira include:
  • The beach public pool shown right and below
  • An indoor pool in the town centre (in a health club)
  • A nice pool situated in the main campsite
  • Various pools in the Aquapark
  • The main beach (which can be choppy at times)
  • A small cove near the river entrance, below right, has the  perfect combination of sandy beach, shelter from any breeze and calm water - and it's the closest beach to the accommodation, just 5 minutes walk !
